3. AI, Data Usage, and Model Training

Query Forge is designed with privacy-first AI architecture.

  • Your data never leaves your environment
  • We do not send data, schemas, or queries to public AI services (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • We do not train AI models on customer data
  • AI reasoning operates only on private metadata and vector indexes configured for your workspace

All AI-assisted functionality is explainable, reviewable, and human-in-the-loop by design.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security controls, including access controls, encryption in transit, and environment isolation. Access to customer environments is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (for example, infrastructure providers) or as required by law.

Query Forge is designed to support compliance with applicable education data regulations, including FERPA and relevant state-level data governance policies.
