These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Query Forge platform ("Service"). By accessing or using Query Forge, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Query Forge only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all relevant education data governance and privacy requirements.
2. Customer Data
You retain all rights to your data. Query Forge does not claim ownership of customer data, schemas, or query configurations.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of data submitted to the Service.
3. AI-Assisted Functionality
Query Forge provides AI-assisted features intended to support analysis and decision-making. AI-generated suggestions are advisory only.
You acknowledge that final responsibility for data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making rests with you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Reverse engineer or misuse platform components
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with platform operations
5. Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as needed. We strive to minimize disruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Query Forge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Query Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
